Finnished

I have been unable to make my Monsters in my game attack or kill me so due to the lack of time have been forced to abandon them. i have added background music to my game, created a menu and had to write down my story when the SWF file would not load properly. it is now uploaded onto Kongergrate and is known as 'Rescue Jill'.

Restart

Because of problems in all my saved versions of my game i had to, over the weekend, redo my game. it is still the same plot and charterer and i managed to transfer over my scenes as well. it is all working and is testable. also i have managed to make it so the charterer dies and reload when he falls into a pit, which was one of my review tips.

scene 3 background has now changed due to a good suggestion of one of my peers.

More probblems

I was able to revive my game from my school computers and i thought i found a way to make my monster shoot at you. however for some reason Stencil wouldn't let me test the scene. so i have no clue if it works at all. the game wont play. also from my earlier post about reviews i have no idea why in the scene (while playing) you spawn to the right of the block. i set him up further to the left hand side of the screen.

last week after my game broke after a full days work adding majirs parts to my game we had a review session. so my game was and is not as far as it should have been whe revied. to note i have a starting story. it is in the blog.

Probblems

I cant put my starting scene in my game , my enemies can shoot and now there are errors that are not letting me play. so I have to go to a back of my work and start again. luckily for todays work i have used my laptop and memmory stick so i can go back to my work on my universitys computers and use what i already know to be safe in my next work. stencl is hard to understand and i can not figure out what the problem is so i don't know how to fix it.

I have created a starting scene on flash, at first i had problems viewing all the text in the movie but i changed the text type and now it seems to work fine. the opening scene explains the story line.
